Who I am

I am a researcher at the Department of Management at Polytechcnic University of Milan.

I work within the group of Entrepreneurship, Finance, and Innovation.

I obtained a bachelor's degree in architecture at the Polytechcnico University of Turin (Italy), and graduated from Polytechcnic University of Milan with an M.A. in Management in the Built Environment and an interdisciplinary Ph.D. in Management and Architecture.

Trained as an architect, I transitioned into management scholarship, working at the intersection of organization studies and innovation. My research investigates work organization and individual as well as organizational performance, with a particular focus on the (un)intended effects of (work)spaces and places on inclusivity and sustainability. I typically adopt both quantitative and qualitative methods in my empirical work.

I am an active member at the Academy of Management (OMT Division) and the European Group for Organization Studies (EGOS).

As part of my work in academia, I strive to support diversity and inclusion, and I have a strong interest in interdisciplinary approach in management research.
