Applied Research: Workplace Strategy
I have extensive experience as a consultant on workplace strategy in corporate contexts. I have been conducting high-level research to assist organizations across various sectors in strategizing, managing, and transforming their office spaces and workplace strategies in response to digitalization, hybrid work practices, sustainability goals, and broader organizational changes. I apply mixed-method research design. I have experience in the collection and analysis of large datasets through quantitative methods (mostly econometrics) and the collection and analysis of textual data and secondary sources through qualitative methods (mostly interviews and focus group).
I have developed skills in:
-
Plan and execute research across various methods, including interviews, focus groups, and surveys, to deliver timely and actionable insights.
-
Synthesize and clearly communicate findings to diverse audiences (from technical teams to C-level executives) that directly inform organizational and design decisions.
-
Communicate insights in digestible ways—from reports to workshops—that inspire action.
-
Work with multisciplinary teams (e.g., researchers from other departments and organizations' employees).
