I am a researcher in the field of management and organization studies. I am currently a researcher at Polytechnic University of Milan, School of Management.

 

My research examines how organizations can thrive through new work practices and physical spaces, such as workspaces and neighborhood social spaces. I am interested in how organizational spaces influence the work behaviors of individuals and teams, relate to broader management goals such as innovation and social responsibility, and can have both (un)intended effects on equality.
